aggregate.org at the University of Kentucky is now hosting a full CentOS mirror via http and rsync:
URLs: http: http://mirrors.aggregate.org/CentOS rsync: mirrors.aggregate.org::CentOS Bandwidth is 50 Mbps, with a limit of 50 connections on rsync. Mirror is synchronized every 4 hours from msync.centos.org, falling back to mirror.cisp.com and rsync.gtlib.gatech.edu.

That is a tad slow for a mirror in the US. Especially when it is supposed to be on the "automagic" mirrorlist, there are loads of mirrors around which offer 100 to > 1000 Mbit/s
