[Arm-dev] Getting started / Build machines

Okay, I'll have to read up on how Mock works, I wasn't certain about
the difference between a mock f19 target/repo and running OS.

Hoping I can get a limited / minimal CentOS 7 up into bootable state
(Well, uboot and kernel might have to come from elsewhere, but that's
a minor thing) for them now, as I'm mostly unsatisfied with the
current distributions.


Poke me if I disappear, I have a tendency to get both distracted and
overworked at the same time.

( Now, it's back to building debian on them. ;)
