only in the ARM images, the x86_64 install already does this. eg:

[root at n30 ~]# cat /etc/redhat-release
CentOS Linux release 7.2.1511 (Core)
[root at n30 ~]# cat /etc/centos-release
CentOS Linux release 7.2.1511 (Core)
[root at n30 ~]# cat /etc/centos-release-upstream
Derived from Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.2 (Source)
[root at n30 ~]# uname -a
Linux n30.dusty.ci.centos.org 3.10.0-327.22.2.el7.x86_64 #1 SMP Thu Jun
23 17:05:11 UTC 2016 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
[root at n30 ~]# rpm -q centos-release
centos-release-7-2.1511.el7.centos.2.10.x86_64
