[Arm-dev] Kernel Mainline

Hello

I've made a CentOS 7 ARM image with 4.8.1 kernel for Bananapi (based on 
CentOS-Userland-7-armv7hl-Minimal-1511-BananaPi.img).

If someone want to try it, I can provide it.
