[Arm-dev] IR event FIFO is full

I got a flood of these messages.  The full message is:

rc rc0: IR event FIFO is full!

I googled it and this seems to be related to the A20 chip.  My boot 
starts with:

Also I am on the IETF network so I am quite public and am getting hit 
with interesting traffic.  Like:

conntrack: generic helper won't handle protocol 47. Please consider 
loading the specific helper module.


And I really don't want to handle protocol 47, it is a attack vector.
