[Arm-dev] Stacki Ace: an open-source bare-metal CentOS installer for Raspberry Pis

We've ported Stacki, our bare-metal x86_64 server installer, to support
CentOS on Raspberry Pis. This release is based on the packages provided by
the CentOS arm-dev community.
