Zabbix maintained vom Hersteller gibt es im EPEL Repository.

zabbix.i386                              1.4.1-1.el5            epel
zabbix-agent.i386                        1.4.1-1.el5            epel
zabbix-web.i386                          1.4.1-1.el5            epel

rpm -Uvh 
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/epel/5/i386/epel-release-5-2.noarch.rpm

danach nur noch yum -y install zabbix.
