[CentOS-devel] Jigdoes of CentOS 4.4 and 5.0 i386/x86_64 CD/DVD available.

(Obviously I can regenerate the jigdo's with the new contents of the
mirrors... but it seems like much pointless work...)

[I'll do the regenerate anyway, but we should still have some policy
in place to prevent such spurious changes]
