Technologically feasible, but practically the same effect
on luser reactions imho. Easier to blame the "network"
than doing anything else.

You know 40 years ago they wanted a bigger faster Panama
Canal. The proposal was to plant and detonate nukes across Guatemala
for sea level access between the Atlantic and the Pacific.

That plan is "technologically feasible", but boy would the Guatemalaans
be pissed. ;-)
