It is important to us, to everyone.  But CentOS is a best-effort setup, 
always has been and will remain so. No one on the core-team is paid to 
work here, and we all have day jobs that need attention as well, add to 
that that most of us dont have any commercial gain from the many many 
hours that we put in either.
