And I guess it has a strong dependency on FAS ? (from what I can read
on http://fedocal.readthedocs.org/en/latest/usage.html)

There is already a thread about FAS vs IPA on the centos-devel list,
about which one to target for the (near) future, but it seems it
doesn't get momentum/traction ... (well, IPA seems the "prefered"
choice, but no vote - yet - )
