VXLAN and GRE support should be fully available in 6.5 from a kernel,
openvswitch and iproute2 POV. There are a couple of outstanding issues
that are being worked on. If there are specific issues that you guys
are aware of, feel free to let me know.

Network namespaces availability is partial due to kernel ABI
constraints. We'll need to resolve outstanding issues on a case by
case basis depending on your usage pattern.
