I moved the publican stuff over to c7.00.02, it should be there now, though a metadata rebuild is in progress. I did not keep a specific list, although all the builds and mock configs are public and there are likely upstream and centos bug entries about it. If you want to develop a list, we can certainly have it on this mailing list and put it on the wiki, either in the release notes or on a build issues page.
