Hi Brian,

As discussed last week during the CBS meeting, it was said that
FAS/IPA was not the main stopper for the actual CBS status. It's true
that it will be tied to Koji, but not something that "blocks" SIG
packagers from moving forward.
Some VMs were provisioned for the IPA/FAS tests, but in parallel so
while we can give a quick status about it, it's not "mandatory" and
it's probably best to focus on the real issues to solve within the Git
- -> Koji links, and build/target names.
