[CentOS-devel] Role and responsibilities for a SIG steering committee

Hi All,

We have many SIGs now in CentOS community and same number of steering 
committees. Will it be possible to generalize  the role and 
responsibilities of the steering committee members and put a wiki page 
for the same.

It would be helpful while inviting new members for a steering committee 
position. I think it is better solve this once and refer the document 
instead of SIGs trying to create one for them self.
