[CentOS-devel] conversations around CI.centos.org

hi,

as we start onramping the initial projects into ci.centos.org, we are
going to need a place to talk about the infra, the process, the actual
testing and a find a place to send conversaitons where people need more
info around the CICO effort.

for now, I suggest we use the centos-devel list, and if volume of
traffic grows - or if conversations become too site / role specific, we
can move them to its own list as needed.
