The source code in src.rpm format is stored at vault.centos.org. For
7.0.1406 it is at:

http://vault.centos.org/7.0.1406/os/Source/SPackages/

http://vault.centos.org/6.6/os/Source/SPackages/

etc

For source code you can get from git, as Nico says it is at
https://git.centos.org/
