[CentOS-devel] ABRT in 7.1

Hi, 

I have created the upstream patches for abrt and libreport for ABRT in CentOS 7.1.

Patch '0001-fix-patch-libreport-centos-branding-changes.patch-fo.patch' fot libreport fixes a patch 'libreport-centos-branding-changes.patch'. 
Libreport cannot be compiled with the old version of this patch.

Patch '0002-reporter-mantisbt-introduce-reporter-mantisbt.patch' for libreport ships the mantis reporter, required library and workflows.

Patch '0001-reporter-mantisbt-changes-related-to-reporter-mantis.patch' for abrt sets URL to retrace server. Also ships some minor fixes.
