I am expecting that DVD and liveUSB are probably the places to look at
now. If there needs to be a livecdrom is should just be the bare
minimals needed for command line work. Most of the hardware which is
cdrom only is going to struggle with current desktop features so it
probably isn't worth the continued effort.
