Would something like:
(build tag) => (destination tag)
configmanagement7-ansible-19-el7 => configmanagement7-ansible-19-candidate
configmanagement7-ansible-20-el7 => configmanagement7-ansible-20-candidate

with the usual candidate=>testing=>release tags work for you?
