[CentOS-devel] CentOS Container Pipeline Service OpenShift upgrade to v3.10

Hi,
   We are facing issues in getting the cluster upgraded.
We are keeping the service in maintenance window for now.
we are working on it and will update as soon as we get the service back
online.

registry.centos.org is working normally, users will be able to pull images.
