5) [!] Installation Destination (No disks selected) might be the problem. Lets say that I'm wrong and you really saw it install 1700+ packages. (I'm not anaconda developer so it's possible that no disks selected was printed before you selected any disk). So basically getting more disk space seems to be reasonable idea.
