[CentOS-devel] Git fetch broken since git migration

Hi,

The ability to use "git fetch" with the new CentOS git repository has been
broken ever since the migration and is impacting multiple users.  I filed a
bug on this nearly 5 months ago (https://bugs.centos.org/view.php?id=16067)
but there has not been any follow up.

Would it be possible to please have this addressed?
