I'm not sure what you think the RHEL development model looks like, but
changes don't go into RHEL until they have been tested.  The content
hitting CentOS Stream today already has errata filed, IE, it's what we're
planning on shipping in an upcoming release.  Maybe you're thinking of some
crazy rawhide period like in Fedora. RHEL doesn't have that, so CentOS
Stream likewise doesn't have that.  If you haven't tried out CentOS Stream,
please reserve judgement and give it a shot.
