I'm thinking about stuff like https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1945780 or https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1930988 which aren't really "feature requests" but definitely do impact RHEL and require engagement from its maintainers.
