[CentOS-docs] adding stuff to wiki

I think it's not about discouraging someone. Just post a snipset of
what you want to contribute to the wiki, so we can discuss it here.

We are thinking about opening the wiki, as Ralph already mentioned before.

In the meantime just use the ML for reviews.
