[CentOS-docs] adding stuff to wiki

Hi - 
I've signed up to add some stuff to the wiki. 
My username is jkinz 

First items i want to add to the wiki are:

#1 - some notes about how to use Perl and cpan on Centos
     proabbly in section 16 on the how to page.

#2 - on the contribute page:

     where it says : 
     # Create a login with a username in the format FirstnameLastname
     I want to add info about where they go to create a login. 
     "Click on the 'register' tab on the Centos.org home page."
