[CentOS-es] Cambiar timezone en ART a UTC

y si en ZONE pones UTC (solamente así).

Además yo copiara
cp /usr/share/zoneinfo/UTC /etc/localtime

con eso ya te debe funcionar en utc.. si aún así la hora no te la dá 
correcta,es porque el hardware no tiene la hora correcta, sincroniza con
ntpdate time.chu.nrc.ca

y luego
hwclock --systohc
