[CentOS-mirror] New CentOS mirror

Deepwoods Software is now mirroring CentOS.  Due to limited disk space,
I am only mirroring the i386 arch, of CentOS 4, without the ISOs.

I'm syncing 4 times a day (0:00, 06:00, 12:00, and 18:00).  The cronjob
appears to be working.

The server is a VPS at TekTonic (http://www.tektonic.net/) and is
physically at the Phila., PA USA data center. My bandwidth is "2.0 Mbit
Unmetered (equiv. 640GB)" (UM2 plan, see
http://www.tektonic.net/unmanaged.html).
