[CentOS-mirror] DVD access

Hi,

to all the people who want to have DVD access: We have added several
machines to our msync network and we are planning to open up DVD access
- but we're not going to do that *right now* while everybody is
downloading 5.5. Once the rush is over we're going to address this
issue, because we still need to shift a few machines around to allow that.

Sorry, but that is where it stands right now. So everything will become
fine in the end, but the end is not necessarily right now :)
