[CentOS-mirror] Mirror CL IP change

Hi,

     We have a mirror centos at mirror.gtdinternet.com with IP address:

190.196.124.102

and changed to:

190.196.125.110

Also, this server have an IPv6 address:

2800:160:1:46::2
