I've just checked in our mirrors DB, and I can't find any link to that
mirror, meaning that it never has been declared to us. The
http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/CreatePublicMirrors wiki page has a link
to the mail sent in June explaining why and how we modified the way to
mirror CentOS content :

Can you follow instructions on the dedicated wiki page please ?
I'll then update the ACLs on the msync node to include your mirror
