Just tested it and it is working fine.

[root at mirror ~]# /usr/bin/rsync -vazH --delete msync6.centos.org::CentOS

msync.CentOS.org rsync service (centosr5)

receiving incremental file list

sent 7658 bytes  received 5951712 bytes  916826.15 bytes/sec
total size is 165244474281  speedup is 27728.51
