[CentOS-mirror] Iran CentOs mirror

I thought the problem with sanctions regarding software is solved,
specially open source softwares that will not be used for commercial
purpose,

Anyway thanks Edward, Will be in touch to see if this problem solved we'll
be happy to provide mirror for Centos.
