With the current mirror management scripts there would be an "empty" row on the regular mirrorlist page https://www.centos.org/download/mirrors/ but I suppose we could make some changes to trim that away. As usual, you should make your initial sync from some other external mirror, listed at https://www.centos.org/download/altarch-mirrors/
