That mirror rings a bell and indeed you asked multiple times to have
your mirror listed as being located in Mexico, but *each* time that we
asked you to explain why a GeoIP lookup (from MaxMind or other) confirms
that your mirror is *not* located in Mexico, we don't hear from you
anymore ... :/

Don't forget that the mirrorlist process will redirect to the nearest
validated mirror in the country of originating request. It seems that
your mirror is now located in Canada (?) so redirecting centos users
from Mexico to Canada would be counter productive.

So if you're sure that your machine if physically located in Mexico,
would you mind reaching out to Maxmind to update it so that all GeoIP
checks (backend and frontend) would then really redirect to node for
incoming requests ?
