[CentOS-promo] Social event tickets

Hi all,

I ordered 9 tickets for the social event. Because of overbookings for the 
cheaper (15 Euro) tickets the organisation didn't validate all pre-orders. 
But our project got all of the 9 tickets we asked for !

If for some reason we need more tickets for our booth, I would propose to 
buy more 25 Euro tickets and take the average so everybody can enjoy some 
reduction.
