[CentOS-promo] My absence at Linuxtag

Hi all,

I've had some problems with the combination of my scholarship,
LinuxTAG and my educational institute.

This has the consequence that I can't get to LinuxTAG this year,
my apologies for this rather late announcement but there were some
possible positive developments at the end of the week (which didn't
have the outcome I hoped for)...

Well, have a lot of fun at LinuxTAG (without me ;-) )
