I will only come on saturday morning (like last year) since I am returning
from Argentina on thursday/friday.

My opinion is that conferences are not a good location to have an internal
meeting. We have to man the booth and give presentations, so some people
will be left out. If we want to do internal meetings in real life, we
should book a weekend somewhere in Europe and get people together
dedicated.

I would do both. Although I think we will already be with plenty of people
at the booth, more people will allow people to also attend talks.

On Saturday evening there is the social event. But of course people can
come together on friday evening to discuss. Or stay longer on sunday
evening.

Done.
