[CentOS-promo] CentOS Dojo at karlsruhe, germany

Hi,

Matthias, CC'd here, has offered to help get a Dojo going at Karlsruhe.
We are going to try and target large June 2014.

This is more of an intro email, next steps would be to get a date in the
calendar, make sure we have venue, get the CFP and reservations open.
