[CentOS-pt-br] Erro ao acesasr centos via Telnet

pessoal acho que conseguir ver onde esta eroo
o mesmo s� funciona se eu digitar este comando
xinetd -stayalive -pidfile /var/run/xinetd.pid -d
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:23 0.0.0.0:*
LISTEN
porem ao reiniciar ele v�o volta..
