tem o nosso amigo:  sysctl

Normalmente implementa√ß√Ķes arbrit√°rias no kernel por desenvolvedores,
implementa funcionalidade que pode ser desagrad√°vel para o administrador
... como quem sabe, TALVEZ, esse "problema" que est√° enfrentando....

# sysctl -a

pode filtrar por tcp...  (grep tcp


E ainda temo o DOCAO..rs   " /usr/share/doc/kernel-doc-*/Documentation/sysctl/"
 e "/usr/share/doc/kernel-doc-*/Documentation/networking/ip-sysctl.txt"
