[CentOS-virt] Installing guest OS on Xen 3

WHen I try to install NetBSD this it what is get

 xm create vm02 -c
Using config file "./vm02".
Error: HVM guest support is unavailable: is VT/AMD-V supported by your CPU
and enabled in your BIOS?
