[CentOS-virt] Installing guest OS on Xen 3

Hi, Augustin.

If you want to install NetBSD by full virtual mode.
You should be use VT-enabled machine.

If you want only to install NetBSD on Xen.
Please get xeno-kernel from following url.
http://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-3.1.1/i386/binary/kernel/netbsd-INSTALL_XEN3_DOMU.gz
