The current xen-4.4.1 testing repo in the koji CBS has libvirt-1.2.x in
it.  I also want to roll in a newer virt-manager / python-virtinst from
somewhere (centos7 or maybe a fedora) to get better libxl support for Xen.

I am currently just looking at that, but I wonder if you guys need a
newer qemu, libvirt, etc for your EL6 work (if you plan on any EL6
work).  If so, we likely need to try to pick / standardize most of those
dependent packages.
