[CentOS] why was LILO removed from centOS 4.2?

I dont see any issues raised at http://bugs.centos.org/ if there is a 
problem like missing files etc, make sure you file it - if you want it 
fixed.

Like a wise Orc once said, if its not in the bugs db, it never happened.
