Thank you for this advice. I agree that it's not the best. We are just not 
all big linux freaks. Once I will try to have a distro that has not 
everything on it and install all I need. I just don't want to spend that 
time now.
I have always run Linux with all installed and it worked great !

Angelo has posted something interesting about the installing all that 
through yum. It seems clean.
