[CentOS] Unable to start Firefox/Mozilla after yum updates

Josh,

Thanks for the ideas. However, this turned out to be something far more 
innocuous. I had a shell stacksize limit set that i'd forgotten about 
which apparently firefox and mozilla didn't like (d'oh).
