[CentOS] gnome 2.12 via yum?

Hello,
    Thanks for your reply. I personally use CentOS and like it's stability 
far more than the changing fedora. I asked the original question because it 
was asked to me by someone who wants to move away from mandriva but who 
wants a higher gnome. I appreciate everyone who has responded to this.
