[CentOS] Latest Plus Kernel include MD RAID-1 BIO_RW_SYNC patch?

I haven't tried yet to tell you the truth. I can give it a shot and if I
get the patch as-is to work I can post it to... Which list should I use
for that, is there a CentOS developers list?
